Taking an intellectual property and shaping it into a distinctive concept with national and international appeal is second nature to her. It’s not surprising when you consider her rich career as Director of Original Productions, Producer, creator, writer and editor. The many projects she has contributed to have sharpened her instinct to identify talent and ideas that have potential and then allow them to take shape within a proper framework. She was instrumental in shaping series such as « 6TEEN », « Total Drama Island » and « Atomic Betty ». It is the combination of her broadcasting background and production experience – at SDA Productions, 9 Story Media Group and Sardine productions – that make her an expert in knowing which projects to sink her teeth into.

Dominique’s sharp management and negotiation skills have served her very well on national and international productions. She has a proven talent for building and leading strong teams who work together collaboratively to deliver projects to the satisfaction of all partners. She has well over thirty projects to her name, many of which are award winning successes. « On parle de sexe » and « Elles pêchent », as well as many animation series such as « Vie de Quartier », the worldwide hit « Toupie and Binoo » and international coproductions « Les aventures de Bob Morane », « Blake & Mortimer » and « La mouche ». Over her 25-year career, she has contributed to the success of many companies, including Echo media, TVA International, Cactus Animation/Motion International/Groupe Coscient, Ciné-Groupe and Cinémaginaire.
